The Память Азовa (Pamiat Azova) was an Imperial Russian cruiser launched in 1888 and sunk by British torpedoes during the Russian Civil War in 1919. A jeweled egg depicting the ship was made for the Tsar by Fabergé.

The United Kingdom and German Empire fought another Battle of the Dogger Bank on January 24, 1915. The German heavy cruiser SMS Blücher was hit by two torpedoes, rolled over, and sank during the battle. Her hull is still lying upside-down in the shallow waters of the bank.
Interestingly, a second German cruiser called SMS Blücher was sunk near Oslo during the 1940 Battle of Drøbak Sound
